Training & Program Design

For the organizations that can’t afford a learning program that falls flat.

From corporate teams to government agencies, K–12 districts to nonprofit organizations — if learning has to land, I’m the one they call.

What I Do

Music is my first language. But learning design is how I’ve spent 26 years deploying it.

I intake, assess, design, manage, and deliver learning programs that close real performance gaps — not just check a training box. I start with the problem, not the solution. I ask what’s breaking, who it’s breaking for, and what a measurable fix looks like before I build anything. Then I build it, deliver it, track it, and cut whatever isn’t earning its place.

I’ve done this in one of Texas’s largest urban school districts, in a U.S. Army Combat Support Hospital, and across corporate and nonprofit environments through Kenya’s Keys LLC. The rooms, the stakes, and the learners have all been different. The standard hasn’t.

Frameworks

Speak Like a PRO (Power. Reach. Opportunity.) A proprietary instructional methodology for building confident, high-stakes communicators across three progressive modules. Outcome: learners walk into high-stakes rooms prepared, not hoping.

BRIDGE Framework A needs-based learning design methodology for diagnosing performance gaps and building targeted training solutions. Outcome: organizations stop training the wrong problem.

STAR Framework A behavior management and classroom culture system designed for high-need, multi-population learning environments. Outcome: every learner enters the room knowing exactly what’s expected and why it matters.
